1. Unconditional Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receipt. Products must be intact, undamaged, and in a resaleable condition, with the original packaging and accessories.

2. Returns Due to Product Quality Issues
If a product has quality issues such as shipping damage, incorrect variety, or pest infestation, customers should contact customer service within 7 days of receipt to request a return or exchange, and provide photos or videos of the issue as proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Natural changes in plant growth due to biological characteristics, such as yellowing or minor leaf shedding, are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for returns.
Customized plants or special customization services (such as custom potting sets or engraved labels) are not eligible for unconditional returns.
Products that have exceeded the return period will not be accepted for returns.

III. Return Process

3. Product Return
Customers must ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent secondary damage during transportation. Return shipping is generally borne by the customer. However, if the return is due to product quality issues, Kalokiosk will cover the shipping costs.

4. Acceptance and Refund

Once the product's condition meets the return policy requirements, we will initiate the refund process.
